Abstract


According to Kant, the Beautiful is the lust object without interest, and refers the universal complacence by the non concept that the beautiful is the universality, without concept, and the sublime será o ânimo estético, that comes from aesthetic judgment. However, according to St. Thomas from Aquinas, the beautiful is – quod visa placent. The Kantian language accept the beautiful is aesthetic from the subject in the objectivity or for all generation.On this paper there is the discussion between aesthetcs judgmrent with transcendental ethics.
