Il giusnaturalismo neo-tomista del Mondo piccolo di G. Guareschi

Abstract

This my new Law and Literature’s contribution - on the wake of my recent studies on Giovannino Guareschi - attempts to demonstrate how are verified: a] theoretical validity of his contents and aesthetics validity of his writing; b] integration of him in the weave of consolidated traditions; c] international cultural interest of his artistic activity. Considered all the texts written by the Fontanelle’s author, sounded in other moment his indissoluble concepts of «culture» and «truth», his ideal / values of «good» and «bad», his conception about «liberty» and «virtue», i will examine every reference to the area of «right» / «law», with connection to the concepts of «divine justice» and «human justice».
